The hotel is conveniently located near the gondola. My single room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was varied and healthy, and the local wine at the bar was a fantastic choice. The staff were great.

Nice hotel with excellent Wi-Fi, a relaxing sauna, and friendly staff who helped me with a room issue at night. The breakfast is varied and the clean rooms make my stays enjoyable. I'm excited to return for the new year!

I just spent 5 nights here, and the breakfast was consistently excellent with lots of healthy options. I loved the spacious single room, but it lacked a cozy lounge area to relax. Overall, I would come back for sure!

The single room had a nice balcony and was equipped with a tv, safety deposit box, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. I enjoyed the spa with sauna facilities after a long day. The breakfast had a high variety including freshly made options. The staff was super friendly and helped with local tips.

The breakfast buffet offers an extensive selection. Free snacks are served at 4 PM.

The single rooms feel a bit dated with decor that's seen better days, and some basic maintenance issues popped up . Noise from local traffic was noticeable when I opened the window for fresh air, and the lack of functionality in the safe meant I couldn't securely store my valuables. The single pillow was quite large.

The staff were exceptional, always friendly and accommodating. The manager, Philip, was a true star and made sure all my needs were met. The food was surprisingly excellent, especially with the half-board arrangement. The breakfast spread was extensive with a wide variety of options. Dinner was a true culinary delight, with a diverse menu and dishes that ranged from very good to excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and taste of the food.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
